Large firms catered to enterprise clients. Solo practitioners lacked specialisation. And technology was barely being used to improve outcomes.

Our founders - corporate lawyers, chartered accountants, and company secretaries who had spent years at India’s most respected advisory firms - came together with a shared conviction: that growing businesses deserve the same quality of advice as large corporations, delivered faster, at a fraction of the cost, and supported by intelligent technology.

We built DueDraft.ai, our proprietary legal technology platform, to serve as the backbone of our practice. It enables us to draft contracts in minutes, automate compliance monitoring, and maintain complete document intelligence - all while keeping a qualified expert in the loop for every deliverable.

Today, NexSYS serves a growing roster of enterprises, startups, SMEs, and international companies operating in India - helping them navigate fundraising, contracts, annual compliances, tax filings, and everything in between.
